*The Passports Directorate begins rectifying the status of all persons present in the Kingdom irregularly holding Yemeni nationality for a period of two months.. The target categories for status rectification will be as follows:* First: Those who do not have Yemeni documents or passports will be granted a free 6-month visit visa through booking an electronic appointment via the "Absher platform", selecting the correction center, and booking an appointment to report at the specified time and location, while bringing documents proving their Yemeni nationality, whether a passport or a travel document issued by their country's embassy. Second: Those who hold an expired visitor ID or those who hold an expired visit visa of various types, whose biometrics are registered in the Kingdom's systems, their visas will be extended in the system electronically for 6 months without the need to visit the passport departments, provided they have a valid passport. Third: Residents whose residency permits have expired, if their travel documents are valid, they may transfer to employers in need of their services through the digital platforms of the Ministry of Interior and the Ministry of Human Resources: the "Absher platform, the Qiwa platform for professional labor, and the Musaned platform for domestic labor", without the need to visit government headquarters. Whoever among them wishes to depart may do so by being granted a final exit visa without restrictions preventing them from entering the Kingdom later. Fourth: Those reported absent from work whose travel documents are valid, their status will be rectified by canceling the absence report and transferring their services to other employers in need of their services via the digital platforms of the Ministry of Human Resources: the "Qiwa platform for professional labor and the Musaned platform for domestic labor".
