- We will enter Sanaa however long it takes, and Sanaa is inevitable, and Saada is inevitable"* Member of the Presidential Leadership Council Sheikh Othman Mujalli praised the major field victories achieved by the armed forces and all military formations on the West Coast and Marib governorate as part of Operation "Dawn of Yemen" launched on October 5 to restore state institutions, liberate the capital Sanaa, and end the coup of the terrorist Houthi militia, commending the support of the Coalition to Support Legitimacy led by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for the armed forces at zero hour. Sheikh Othman Mujalli affirmed that the announcement by the President of the Presidential Leadership Council of the launch of military operations to restore what remains of the Republic's territory, extend state authority and its institutions over all national soil, and liberate the country from the yoke of the Houthi coup is the declaration of zero hour for the men of the armed forces, security, tribes, volunteers, and everyone with dignity who rallies behind themselves and their homeland to get rid of the terrorist Houthi militia executing an Iranian agenda. Mujalli said during an interview on the program "Al-Soura" on the (Rotana Khalejia) channel, "The battle is long and is not against a tribe, party, or sect. Before this transgressing faction emerged, everyone was brothers cooperating in a homeland whose people coexisted, until this faction came, ignited chaos, and destroyed crops and progeny," adding, "What the militia is doing in Taiz makes one's forehead sweat in shame, and therefore we must move from everywhere with all speed, strength, and resolve." A Message to Houthi The member of the Presidential Leadership Council directed a message to Houthi stating that even if only one inch remained with us in Yemen, we would fight him, saying, "We are bearers of a national project; we are not agents of anyone, nor are we driven by anyone. I am a son of Saada; we coexisted with the people and stood with the state. Houthi is the one who rebelled against the state and issued fatwas since the eighties to kill the army, and he is currently executing that. We say to Abdul-Malik Al-Houthi: we are against your project, we will stand against your project as long as we live with all the power at our disposal, we will enter Sanaa however long it takes, and Sanaa is inevitable, and Saada is inevitable." He continued, "The President's address is clear and everyone must fall in behind it. Brothers in the Houthi-controlled areas must stand alongside themselves, the armed forces, and security. We will exert our utmost effort in this project, and if Allah wills we will be victorious. Sanaa, Saada, and all governorates of the Republic are ours, and security, peace, and development will prevail for our children to coexist under security and stability." Ready Sheikh Mujalli also affirmed readiness for the battle of liberation with strength and resolve to achieve the desired objective of liberating our country from this transgressing and terrorist faction, stressing the importance of what was stated in the President's speech regarding not repeating past mistakes, namely that peace with the Houthi militia is a lie, and that mediating with this militia was also among the mistakes, pointing to the scale of Iranian military support for the Houthi militia with missiles and drones, in addition to the presence of Iranian military experts in Yemen to support the Houthi militia's coup. Sheikh Mujalli also reassured citizens in Houthi-controlled areas, saying, "The citizens are our people, we are a national project, and we want to return to our country and our people honored and respected, lifting oppression, without confiscating anyone's property or rights, and rejecting violence and murder—in contrast to the Houthi practices and violations of confiscating rights, oppression, blowing up houses, mosques, schools, and health centers, violating women's honor, killing women and children, and other bloody and criminal acts against anyone who opposes their views. The evidence is abundant and cannot be summarized in a short time." Unity of the Presidential "Leadership" He praised the address of the President of the Presidential Leadership Council, which proceeds from the perspective of the state to restore state institutions, law, order, the constitution, and development, in contrast to the false Houthi rhetoric based on conquests, crimes, violations, and claims of divine mandate, which also raises the slogan (Death to America, Death to Israel) while killing the Yemeni people. He pointed out that the Houthi militia started its armed rebellion against the state since 2004 CE until it entered Sanaa, and quickly turned on its allies, setting about killing them, blowing up their homes, and displacing them. He affirmed the unity of the Presidential Leadership Council in this current phase witnessing Houthi crimes that necessitate everyone's unity against it, and that these crimes will only increase our determination to unite as leadership, parties, and tribes in confronting the Houthi militia. This is a trust upon all our necks and a badge of shame if we do not unite and fight. Today's battle is in the interest of all of us, and we will exert all our efforts to implement the directives of His Excellency the President regarding mobilization and declaring zero hour through a single operations room to manage the scene. West Coast Battles He pointed out that the West Coast battles raised their morale and increased their certainty of the necessity to rally determination and restore the land of Yemen. "We have coordinations with political figures and tribes ready to stand with the state against the Houthi militia, which has exhausted them, taken their children to the furnace, and distorted curricula with deviant and false ideas that do not build a homeland," confirming that the battlefronts include fighters from all Yemenis and segments of society, and they are steadfast men in the deserts and mountains confronting the Houthi militia. Member of the Presidential Leadership Council Sheikh Mujalli also affirmed his optimism regarding liberating Sanaa, Saada, and all of Yemen, proceeding from their firm faith in their national cause and their resolve, and that the Houthi militia will not accept peace because it is an Iranian tool, appreciating the support of the brothers in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for Yemen from ancient times until now, through supporting legitimacy, the humanitarian aspect, and stability in Yemen. Houthi's Background He spoke about the origins of the terrorist Houthi militia, its relationship with Iran, and Iranian support for the Houthi militia since the eighties, saying, "There were mutual visits between leaders of the Houthi militia and the Iranian side, attendance of public rallies and conferences, and organizing summer camps to sow rancor and hatred among generations, in addition to the presence of the Iranian Hospital in Sanaa, which was closed down because it played the role of an operations room in Yemen and the region by bringing in doctors from Iran who were actually members of the Revolutionary Guard; they used to receive their agents to convey reports to them under the guise of being patients." Sheikh Mujalli said, "The Six Wars in Saada from 2004 until 2010 CE were arranged by Iran to target the Yemeni regime. During every truce in those wars, the Houthi militia worked to reorganize its affairs and settle scores with anyone who cooperated with the state against it, blowing up their homes and state centers" .. stressing that it is unjust to consider Saada a stronghold of the Houthis, since Saada fought alongside the state against the Houthi for years and considered soldiers of the armed forces part of it, and that were it not for the positions of the sons of Saada at that time, the state would not have held out for months, based on the eagerness of Saada's people to support the state, order, stability, and development, and this in itself is considered a referendum on the rejection of the Houthi project by the sons of Saada. We Will Not Forget He added, "We will not forget the day of our departure from Saada after fighting wars against the Houthi militia, the last of which was in 2011 CE, during which we made many sacrifices in lives and resources without receiving any support or backing. Moreover, we did not evacuate our families from our properties until the night of our departure from Saada, after which we left towards the brotherly Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, which took honorable stances with us upon our arrival" .. stressing his refusal to join the terrorist Houthi militia against the state, clinging to the option of peace under the umbrella of the state: "We will not abandon our country and our land, we will return to it, and we will instruct our children to do so."

أشاد عضو مجلس القيادة الرئاسي الشيخ عثمان مجلي، الانتصارات الميدانية الكبيرة التي حققتها القوات المسلحة وكافة التشكيلات العسكرية في الساحل الغربي ومحافظة مأرب ضمن عملية "فجر اليمن" التي انطلقت 5 أكتوبر، لاستعادة مؤسسات الدولة، وتحرير العاصمة صنعاء، وإنهاء انقلاب مليشيا الحوثي الإرهابية.. منوهاً بإسناد تحالف دعم الشرعية بقيادة المملكة العربية السعودية للقوات المسلحة.
ساعة الصفر
وأكد الشيخ عثمان مجلي، أن إعلان رئيس مجلس القيادة الرئاسي، بدء العمليات العسكرية لاستعادة ما تبقى من أراضي الجمهورية وبسط سلطة الدولة ومؤسساتها على كامل التراب الوطني وتحرير البلاد من وطأة الانقلاب الحوثي، هو إعلان ساعة الصفر لأبناء القوات المسلحة والأمن والقبائل والمتطوعين وكل من له كرامة يتعاون مع نفسه ووطنه، للخلاص من مليشيا الحوثي الإرهابية التي تنفذ أجندة إيرانية.
وقال مجلي خلال مقابلة في برنامج الصورة على قناة (روتانا خليجية) " إن المعركة طويلة وليست ضد قبيلة أو حزب أو مذهب، وإنه قبل أن تأتي هذه الفئة الباغية كان الجميع اخوة ومتعاونين في وطن يتعايش أبنائه حتى جاءت هذه الفئة وأثارت الفوضى واهلكت الحرث والنسل.. مضيفاً " أن ما تفعله المليشيا في تعز يندى له الجبين، ولذا يجب أن نتحرك من كل مكان وبكل سرعة وقوة وحزم".
رسالة للحوثي
ووجّه عضو مجلس القيادة الرئاسي، رسالة إلى الحوثي مفادها أنه حتى لو لم يبقى معنا إلا شبر واحد في اليمن سنقاتله.. قائلاً " نحن أصحاب مشروع وطني ولسنا عملاء لأحد ولا مدفوعين من أحد، وأنا ابن صعدة تعايشنا مع الناس ووقفنا مع الدولة، والحوثي هو من تمرد على الدولة وافتى منذ الثمانينات بقتل الجيش، وهو حالياً ينفذ ذلك، ونقول لعبدالملك الحوثي نحن ضد مشروعك، وسنقف في وجه مشروعك ما حيينا وبكل ما أوتينا من قوة، وسندخل صنعاء طال الزمن أم قصر، ولا بد من صنعاء ولا بد من صعدة".
وتابع " كلمة الرئيس واضحة ويجب على الجميع الانسياق ورائها، وعلى الاخوة في مناطق سيطرة الحوثي الوقوف إلى جانب أنفسهم والقوات المسلحة والأمن، ونحن سنبذل قُصارى جهدنا في هذا المشروع، وباذن الله منصورون، وصنعاء وصعدة وكافة محافظات الجمهورية هي لنا، وسيعم الأمن والسلام والتنمية لأجل أبنائنا للتعايش في ظل أمن واستقرار".
جاهزون
كما أكد الشيخ مجلي، الجاهزية لمعركة التحرير بقوة وعزيمة لتحقيق الهدف المنشود في تحرير بلادنا من هذه الفئة الباغية والإرهابية.. مشدداً على أهمية ما جاء في خطاب الرئيس بعدم تكرار أخطاء الماضي وهي أن السلام مع مليشيا الحوثي هي أكذوبة، كما أن من بين الأخطاء كانت الوساطات مع هذه المليشيا.. لافتاً إلى مدى حجم الدعم العسكري الإيراني لمليشيا الحوثي بالصواريخ والمسيّرات، إضافة إلى وجود خبراء عسكريين إيرانيين في اليمن لدعم انقلاب مليشيا الحوثي.
كما طمأن الشيخ مجلي، المواطنين في مناطق سيطرة الحوثي بالقول " المواطنين هم أهلنا، ونحن مشروع وطني ونريد العودة إلى بلادنا وأهلنا معززين مكرمين ونرفع الظلم وعدم مصادرة أملاك أو حقوق أحد، وننبذ العنف والقتل، مقارنة بالممارسات والانتهاكات الحوثية في مصادرة الحقوق والظلم وتفجير البيوت والجوامع والمدراس والمراكز الصحية وانتهاك الأعراض وقتل النساء والأطفال، وغيرها من الأعمال الدموية والإجرامية بحق كل من يخالفهم الرأي، والشواهد كثيرة ولا يمكن إيجازها في وقت قصير".
وحدة "القيادة" الرئاسي
وأشاد بخطاب رئيس مجلس القيادة الذي ينطلق من منظور الدولة لاستعادة مؤسسات الدولة والنظام والقانون والدستور والتنمية، بالمقابل هناك خطاب حوثي زائف قائم على الفتوحات والجرائم والانتهاكات وإدعاء التفويض الإلهي، وأيضاً يرفع شعار (الموت لأمريكا والموت لإسرائيل) ويقتل الشعب اليمني.. مشيراً إلى أن مليشيا الحوثي بدأت التمرد المسلح على الدولة منذ 2004م، حتى دخلت صنعاء، وسرعان ما انقلبت على حلفائها، حيث شرعت في قتلهم وتفجير منازلهم وتشريدهم.
وأكد وحدة مجلس القيادة الرئاسي في هذه المرحلة الراهنة التي تشهد جرائم حوثية تستوجب وحدة الجميع ضدها، وأن هذه الجرائم لن تزيدنا إلا إصرار على التوحد كقيادة وأحزاب وقبائل في مواجهة مليشيا الحوثي، وهذه أمانة في أعناقنا جميعاً ووصمة عار إذا لم نتوحد ونقاتل والمعركة اليوم في مصلحتنا جميعاً، وسنبذل كل جهدنا في تنفيذ توجيهات فخامة الرئيس من نفير وإعلان ساعة الصفر عبر غرفة عمليات واحدة لإدارة المشهد.
معارك الساحل الغربي
وأشار إلى أن معارك الساحل الغربي رفعت معنوياتهم وزادتهم يقين لضرورة شحذ الهمم واستعادة أرض اليمن، ولدينا تنسيقات مع شخصيات سياسية وقبائل مستعدة للوقوف مع الدولة ضد مليشيا الحوثي التي ارهقتهم وأخذت أولادهم إلى المحرقة وحرّفت المناهج للأفكار الضالة والزائفة التي لا تبني الوطن.. مؤكداً أن جبهات القتال تضم مقاتلين من كل أبناء اليمن وشرائح المجتمع، وهم رجال ثابتين في الصحاري والجبال في مواجهة مليشيا الحوثي.
كما أكد عضو مجلس القيادة الرئاسي الشيخ مجلي، تفاؤله بتحرير صنعاء وصعدة وكل اليمن، انطلاقاً من إيمانهم الراسخ بقضيتهم الوطنية وما لديهم من عزيمة، وأن مليشيا الحوثي لن تقبل بالسلام، كونها أداة إيرانية.. مثمناً دعم الأشقاء في المملكة العربية السعودية لليمن منذ القدم حتى الآن، عبر دعم الشرعية والجانب الإنساني والاستقرار في اليمن.
خلفيات الحوثي
وتحدث عن نشأة مليشيا الحوثي الإرهابية وعلاقتها بإيران والدعم الإيراني لمليشيا الحوثي منذ الثمانينات، قائلاً " كانت هناك زيارات متبادلة بين قيادات مليشيا الحوثي والجانب الإيراني وحضور مهرجانات جماهيرية ومؤتمرات، وتنظيم المخيمات الصيفية لزرع الحقد والكراهية في الأجيال، إضافة إلى وجود المستشفى الإيراني في صنعاء والتي تم إغلاقها لأنها كانت تقوم بدور غرفة عمليات في اليمن والمنطقة، عبر استقدام أطباء من إيران وهم في الحقيقة عناصر في الحرس الثوري، كانوا يستقبلون عملائهم لنقل التقارير لهم على أساس أنهم مرضى".
وقال الشيخ مجلي " إن الحروب الست في صعدة من 2004 حتى 2010م، كانت بترتيبات إيرانية لاستهداف النظام اليمني، وخلال كل هدنة في تلك الحروب كانت مليشيا الحوثي تعمل على ترتيب أوضاعها، وتصفية حساباتها مع كل من تعاون مع الدولة ضدها وتفجير منازلهم ومراكز الدولة" .. مؤكداً أنه من الظلم اعتبار صعدة معقل الحوثيين، كون صعدة قاتلت مع الدولة ضد الحوثي سنوات وتعتبر جنود القوات المسلحة جزء منها، وأنه لولا مواقف أبناء صعدة في ذلك الوقت ما صمدت الدولة أشهر، وذلك انطلاقاً من حرص أبناء صعدة على دعم الدولة والنظام والاستقرار والتنمية، وهذا بحد ذاته يعتبر استفتاء بعدم قبول أبناء صعدة بمشروع الحوثي.
لن ننسى
وأضاف " لن ننسى يوم خروجنا من صعدة بعدما خضنا حروب ضد مليشيا الحوثي آخرها في عام 2011م، وقدمنا خلالها الكثير من التضحيات بالأرواح والإمكانيات، دون أن نتلقى أي دعم ومساندة، كما اننا لم نجلي عوائلنا من أملاكنا إلا ليلة خروجنا من صعدة، وبعدها غادرنا صوب المملكة العربية السعودية الشقيقة التي كان لها مواقف مشرفة معنا عند وصولنا" .. مؤكداً رفضه قبول الانضمام إلى مليشيا الحوثي الإرهابية ضد الدولة، وتمسكه بخيار السلام تحت مظلة الدولة، ولن نتخلى عن بلادنا وأرضنا وسنعود لها وسنوصي أولادنا بهذا.
