In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful *To the sons of our Yemeni people, and to the heroes of our armed forces, the resistance, the Homeland Shield Forces, the Giants Brigades, and all members of our heroic forces across the various fronts..* We congratulate you on the victories being achieved over the Houthi militia, and we salute the courage of the fighters, their steadfastness, and their sacrifices in defending Yemenis, their land, and their dignity. We turn with mercy toward our righteous martyrs and with prayers for a swift recovery for our wounded, emphasizing that these sacrifices are a trust requiring responsibility and fidelity from us. At these moments, we emphasize to all fighters the necessity of treating every prisoner well, safeguarding his life and dignity, preventing any assault, humiliation, or defamation against him, providing him with food, water, and medical care, and handing him over to the competent authorities. For a prisoner who has thrown down his weapon has entered our custody, and protecting him is a religious, moral, and legal duty. It is not permissible for the bitterness of war to turn into revenge against someone who has become unable to fight. Indeed, a fighter's strength appears in his courage before his opponent, and in his mercy and justice when that opponent becomes a prisoner in his hands. We want our victories to be accompanied by ethics that preserve blood and protect human dignity. We appeal to fathers, mothers, and families in the areas under Houthi militia control: protect your sons, do not send them to the frontlines, and do not allow their need to be exploited or their minds to be misled by slogans and cast into battles that leave behind bereaved families and orphaned children. Your sons deserve life, education, work, and building the future, and Yemen needs them alive to contribute to its reconstruction. We say clearly: the Houthi militia, on these fronts, is not fighting Israel nor America; it is fighting Yemenis in their dwellings and homes, shelling their villages and cities, and pushing the sons of Yemen to kill one another. Slogans will never change the reality of the suffering of families that lost their sons, nor the reality of citizens who were forced to be displaced from their homes. Our battle is to restore the state, protect the people, and end the aggression against their lives; it is not a battle against the sons of any region, for all Yemenis are our people, and protecting civilians and their property is an uncompromising duty. Everyone who abandons fighting must have his life safeguarded and be treated according to the law. We congratulate our heroes on their victories and call upon them to continue performing their duty with courage and discipline, and to place the protection of people and the preservation of their dignity at the forefront of their responsibilities. Finally, after thanking Allah, I do not forget to thank the Kingdom of Decisiveness and Resolve, its King, its Crown Prince, and its people for supporting Yemen and the Yemenis.

*إلى أبناء شعبنا اليمني، وإلى أبطال قواتنا المسلحة والمقاومة درع الوطن وقوات العمالقة وكل افراد قواتنا البطلة في مختلف الجبهات..*
نبارك لكم الانتصارات التي تتحقق على ميليشيا الحوثي، ونحيّي شجاعة المقاتلين وثباتهم وتضحياتهم في الدفاع عن اليمنيين وأرضهم وكرامتهم. ونتوجه بالرحمة إلى شهدائنا الأبرار، وبالدعاء بالشفاء العاجل لجرحانا، مؤكدين أن هذه التضحيات أمانة تستوجب منا المسؤولية والوفاء.
وفي هذه اللحظات، نؤكد لجميع المقاتلين ضرورة التعامل بالحسنى مع كل أسير، وصون حياته وكرامته، ومنع الاعتداء عليه أو إهانته أو التشهير به، وتوفير الغذاء والماء والرعاية الطبية له، وتسليمه إلى الجهات المختصة. فالأسير الذي ألقى سلاحه أصبح في عهدتنا، وحمايته واجب ديني وأخلاقي وقانوني، ولا يجوز أن تتحول مرارة الحرب إلى انتقام ممن أصبح عاجزًا عن القتال.
إن قوة المقاتل تظهر في شجاعته أمام خصمه، وفي رحمته وعدله حين يصبح ذلك الخصم أسيرًا بين يديه. ونريد لانتصاراتنا أن تقترن بأخلاق تحفظ الدماء وتصون كرامة الإنسان.
ونناشد الآباء والأمهات والأسر في مناطق سيطرة ميليشيا الحوثي: حافظوا على أبنائكم، ولا ترسلوهم إلى الجبهات، ولا تسمحوا باستغلال حاجتهم أو تضليلهم بالشعارات والزج بهم في معارك تترك خلفها أسرًا مفجوعة وأطفالًا يتامى. أبناؤكم يستحقون الحياة والتعليم والعمل وبناء المستقبل، واليمن يحتاج إليهم أحياء يسهمون في إعماره.
ونقول بوضوح: إن ميليشيا الحوثي، في هذه الجبهات، لا تحارب إسرائيل ولا أمريكا؛ إنها تحارب اليمنيين في مساكنهم وبيوتهم، وتقصف قراهم ومدنهم، وتدفع بأبناء اليمن لقتل بعضهم بعضًا. ولن تغيّر الشعارات حقيقة معاناة الأسر التي فقدت أبناءها، ولا حقيقة المواطنين الذين اضطروا إلى النزوح عن منازلهم.
معركتنا لاستعادة الدولة وحماية الناس وإنهاء الاعتداء على حياتهم، وليست معركة ضد أبناء أي منطقة. فاليمنيون جميعًا أهلنا، وحماية المدنيين وممتلكاتهم واجب لا يقبل التهاون، وكل من يترك القتال يجب أن تُصان حياته وأن يُعامل وفق القانون.
نبارك لأبطالنا انتصاراتهم، وندعوهم إلى مواصلة أداء واجبهم بشجاعة وانضباط، وأن يجعلوا حماية الناس وصون كرامتهم في مقدمة مسؤولياتهم.
وفي الاخير لا انسى ان اشكر بعد شكر الله مملكة الحزم والعزم ملكها وولي عهدها وشعبها في نصرة اليمن واليمنيين
حفظ الله اليمن وأهله، ورحم شهداءنا، وشفى جرحانا، وأعاد الأمن والسلام إلى كل بيت يمني.
